CUSTOM DESIGN

By uploading images or submitting a design to FCSTICKERS.COM, you confirm the following:

1. You have full legal rights to use every image, logo, artwork, photo, or design you use.

2. You confirm that your design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes team badges, brand logos, professional photography, or artwork you did not create yourself (unless you have written permission).

3. FC Stickers is not liable for any legal issues that arise from the content you submit and you will take full responsibility for the images you upload and any claims made against them.

4. By submitting your design, you give FC Stickers a royalty-free licence to print, reproduce, and sell your design on our website and through our store and we may decide to list your design as a product available for other customers to purchase.

5. FC Stickers may decline, remove, or modify any design that we believe breaches these terms or is inappropriate.

6. Your uploaded images may be stored on our system for printing, re-orders, quality control, and future sales.
