CUSTOM DESIGN

By uploading images or submitting a design to FCSTICKERS.COM, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. You have full legal rights to use every image, logo, artwork, photograph, or design included in your submission.

2. You confirm that your design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes team badges, brand logos, professional photography, or artwork you did not create yourself, unless you have obtained written permission from the rights holder.

3. FC Stickers is not liable for any legal issues arising from the content you submit. You accept full responsibility for all images and other materials you upload, including any claims made against them.

4. By submitting your design, you grant FC Stickers a royalty-free licence to print, reproduce, advertise, and sell your design through our website, store, and other sales channels. We may choose to list your design as a product available for other customers to purchase.

5. FC Stickers reserves the right to decline or remove any design that we believe breaches these terms, infringes another party’s rights, or is otherwise inappropriate. We will contact you and issue an appropriate refund if we decline to produce your design. We will not alter your submitted design without your approval.

6. Your uploaded images and designs may be stored on our systems for printing, re-orders, quality control, record-keeping, and future sales.

7. Your customised product will be printed exactly as you submit and arrange it using our design tool. FC Stickers will not edit, reposition, correct, enhance, proofread, or otherwise amend your design before printing. You are responsible for checking all images, colours, spelling, sizing, positioning, cropping, and overall design quality before placing your order.

8. Customised and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded once they have entered production or been printed, except where the product is faulty or has not been produced in accordance with the submitted design. Any cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted if production has already begun.

9. Customised products are made to order by a third-party supplier and may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. Customised products may be dispatched separately from any other products included in the same order.
